Our ingredients are fresh and locally sourced when possible.  This is an exhaustive list of our menu, please keep in mind we serve 4 sandwiches per week.  Our schedule always has our menu for the week.

LADY MARMALADE 

Our award-winning sandwich!  White Cheddar is melted below a bed of turkey, with a little bit of sliced almonds for crunch.  All this finished off with cilantro and orange marmalade.


NATASHA FATALE 

Sliced smoked kielbasa on a melted cheddar slice, accompanied with a fried egg, all rigged with apricot preserves.

  

YOU GOT BEEF?

Roast beef covered with Dayton's own Mike-Sell's Salt and Pepper chips, paired with goat cheese and provolone, then topped with strawberry preserves.

 

THE GREEN GOAT (VEG)

 Crumbles of goat cheese, covered with a bed of arugula, melted together with Swiss cheese and delightfully paired with a fried egg.

 

BEAU CHALET 

Creamy Brie cheese paired with candied walnuts, melted over turkey and underneath a layer of apple jelly.

 

MURPHY'SLAW (VEG) 

Sautéed mushrooms mixed with giardiniera (Chicago style pickled vegetables), stuck together with Swiss cheese and topped off with a Cabernet ketchup drizzle.


SMOKED OUT

Smoked sausage patty with smoked Gouda cheese, diced onion, and a thin layer of black raspberry preserves.


IT’S SLAW YOUR FAULT

Mozzarella cheese is melted below your choice of turkey or roast beef, with Mike Sell's Original Groovy chips and a slab of our house made coleslaw. Served with an optional mustard packet. Vegetarian? No problem! Substitute sautéed mushrooms for the meat.


SO FETCH SANDWICH

Provolone, goat cheese, and strawberry preserves. Tastes like a Toaster Strudel, Gretchen Wieners’ father would be proud.

Fresh, thick sausage patty, farm fresh egg, and cheddar cheese.

#1 MUST HAVE PATTY MELT

Mozzarella cheese holds together a thick sausage patty and sautéed onions, with homemade tomato sauce or jalapeño ranch for dipping.

 

THE DIPSTICK

Our classic grilled cheese with a side of homemade tomato sauce or jalapeño ranch for dipping.

 

ALL HAMS ON DECK

Our homemade salsa is piled on top of fresh sliced ham, melted with a thick slice of provolone and completed with peach preserves.


THE CAPRESE CLASSIC

Our take on the original Caprese salad, we take mozzarella, fresh Roma tomatoes, fresh basil, and top it off with ground pepper and salt, balsamic glaze and olive oil.

 

PURPLE RAIN

Brie cheese holds our fresh cooked bacon in place, and is topped with crisp white onions, bleu cheese, and plum preserves.


LIME AFTER LIME

Fresh cooked bacon bits are mixed in a bed of turkey on top of cojack cheese, covered with guacamole and a jalapeño ranch drizzle, then finished off with lime marmalade.


PHILLY BOB THORNTON

Thick provolone is melted with fresh roast beef, topped with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and peppers. Served with a mayo packet.


CHICAGO, DAWG

A fun one to order out loud.  To pay heritage to our Chicago roots, we took a hot dog, sliced it, and created a sandwich with mozzarella, kosher pickle, Vienna relish, tomato, onion, mustard drizzle, and celery salt.  Served with poppy seed on the bread and a sport pepper garnish.

 

LIMP BRISKIT

Mozzarella cheese with Feta is paired with roast beef, piled with lettuce, thinly sliced onion, and tomato then finished with Tzatziki Sauce.


EARLY BIRD

Pepperjack cheese is teamed up with corned beef, along with a fried egg and matchstick potatoes.  All topped off with hollandaise sauce. You will find this one on our brunch menu

 

GEORGIA O’BEEFE

Housemade gravy made with giardiniera, garlic, and beef stock is simmered over our roast beef, then paired with swiss and steam roasted red pepper and onion.

 

RICOTTA MONTALBON

We paired blackberry preserves with ricotta cheese, and topped it on mozzarella, ham, peppery arugula, with sliced almonds for crunch. 

 

LETTUCE BEGIN

Turkey on top of provolone, with diced red onion, romaine, fresh cracked pepper, malt vinegar, and mayo.

 

REUBEN STUDDARD2

Our balsamic thousand island dressing is drizzled over a bed of sauerkraut on top of corned beef and Swiss cheese.

Cashew butter with blueberry preserves, grilled golden-brown

 

THIS IS PINE-AL TAP

Pineapple preserves with slow-cooked teriyaki chicken, sunflower kerns, and havarti cheese.

 

THIS ONE IS NU, TELLA FRIEND

Maple sautéed bananas are mixed with bacon bits and graham cracker crumbles, finished with our signature Nutella cream cheese blend, all between two slices of our housemate cinnamon-vanilla French toast. You can find this amazing combination on our brunch menu.

 

THE LUNA TUNA MELT

Pepperjack cheese is melted before being met with an avocado tuna salad, celery slaw, and caralized onion jelly.


GRILLED CHEESE/BUILD YOUR OWN

Our grilled cheese can have add-ons, such as our meats of the day, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and condiments.  Served daily.
